Read with me

I love reading and keeping a list of books that I’ve read to share with people! Here’s what I’ve read recently:

  1.   All Things Cease To Appear by Elizabeth Brundage.  So good and so, so creepy!  It reminded me of Gone Girl in a way. You have to read it! Read about it here!  Capture
  2.  The Children by Ann Leary.  It was good- not an intense page turner, but just a slice of life type of book about the dynamics of a quirky blended family.  The ending was a shocker though! b
  3. Miller’s Valley by Anna Quindlen.  I love Anna Quindlen, I’ve read all her books and they never disappoint.  Miller’s Valley was a slow to start book that didn’t really hook me until halfway through.  Once I got there I couldn’t put it down!
  4. Don’t You Cry by Mary Kubica.  I really enjoyed this book.  It took me awhile to figure out what the heck was going on, and when I finally did I literally gasped!  Didn’t see the twist coming!  The front of the book has a quote describing it as “Single White Female on steroids.” Have you ever seen that movie?  So good and so creepy, and they weren’t lying this book really is SWF on steriods!
